Why food? The FIT Test

The Food Inflammation Test (FIT): Food sensitivities and related diseases affect close to 100 million people worldwide. Food sensitivities (delayed food sensitivities) cause a wide variety of illnesses ranging from skin rashes and headaches to chronic intestinal disease. The FIT measures both immunoglobulin G (IgG) and complement reactions, which improves the sensitivity over just measuring IgG and leads to improved clinical performance.
